  2. Electrical woes 1976 TR6

    Ignition switch failed or so I thought! Sourced new 6 terminal type from U.K..
    On fitting I notice that one of the terminals in the female connection, way up under dash, has nothing in it.
    Is this normal or have I lost a lead ?
    Car still doesn't start.

    Hello all, I am looking at changing my 1980 TR7 to the weber carborator. Has any one done this or know of any reference material I could look over before I start. Thanks in advance for any help.

  4. Improved rocker oil flow - TR6

    Anybody consider modifying the camshaft to increase oil flow to the rockers?

    I rebuild the '73 TR6 engine recently, and one of the last steps was to prime the oil galley by using a slotted shaft in the distributor hole to the oil pump, driven by a drill.

    At first, no oil would get to the rockers. Then, after some head scratching, I looked in the manual and saw that it mentions a flat machined into the cam to reduce oil flow. Naturally, I was on the flat, so no oil was ...
