Would appreciate any photos and experiences on the rubber trim for the doors. Where does the trim stop and stop etc? Last of the sheet metal to go back on the car. Thanks Tom

The holes for the clips show how far the rubber seal extends, but I was advised that if it hung down a little further, it would be better, so mine's almost reaching the hinge.

There's another along the underside of the door that gets forgotten too.

Not necessarily forgotten. All too often, the rubber supplied for the underside of the door by many of the vendors are too fat, resulting in the door being very hard to impossible to close. Most people (myself included) just leave it off.

The rubber will break in after time, but like Art said itmakes the door very difficult to close. What I did recently on a tr3was take a small piece perhaps 6 inches and put that in the lower center tostop the door from rattling. The little piece let the door close fine.

Hi Frank - can you post photos of all of the other rubber on the doors of Grey lady? A small 2-3" piece across the top somewhere (?) a the piece along the back of the door, and I think one more under the scuttle. The devil is in the details - start stop points etc. I expect I am not the only one who would appreciate this. Thanks in advance,
