Ok, I eventually plan to make a restoration page here on the forum to chronical the restoration of my 1967 Jaguar EType Roadster. But for now, you can click on the links here to see some pics. So far, I have completely disassembled my car and had it bead blasted and repainted the orignal Silver Blue color. The first thing I did was install a new complete wire harness and redid my dash (not finished). Here are a couple pics of the dash (I'm posting links to the pics because the pics are kinda big):

Looks great Basil, Although I can't say I'm envious...I surely will be when its done....but I'd say you are over the hump and it gets a lot more fun from her. Enjoy the project, and I look forward to seeing more pics when you have a chance.

Do you have any "before it all started" pics anywhere?

It also seems like E-type prices have been on the rise lately...which should at least provide a little peace of mind...

Good luck with it!

Looks like you're "going about it the right way".

On that front shot, you're gonna cover those wheel bearings on the spindle with something before the cat c***s on them, aren't you? https://www.britishcarforum.com/ubb/images/icons/smile.gif

Yea...I was wondering about that open wheel bearing too....I figured it was the old one that your were fixin' to replace.

Cheerio,

Yep, the spindles still need to be cleaned up and of course new bearings will be installed. (By the way everything stays covered when I'm not working on it.

Cheers,
