Here for your commentary (jeers, derision) a bit of a hacked up TR4. Says he has a "certificate of authenticity from the British Motorcar Museum." And there, the authenticity ends...

Sad, looks like somebody cut up what may have been a perfectly good short bubble hood.

And wow, they did all of this to a factory race car. It must be fact, since he got the info from a Triumph expert. But the Ford 4 cylinder w/ auto transplant and purple paint should more than make up for all of that. Gotta hate those old leather seals that Ford used. Find an old belt, and it'll be back on the road in a jiffy.

Only the factory race cars used those square turn signals on the bonnet. Something to do with the areodynamics so I heard.

Gawd, those wind-breaking square T/S ARE the cat's meow, eh, what?

I personally like this extra-special bonnet, myself:

The pin-striping and graphics are definitely a must-have.

Of course, one could pick up a proper bonnet here:

And proper drivetrain:

Oh, dear.

I just blew up some of the photos (shoulda blown up the car, but that's another story).

I didn't realize that's a quasi-shaker hood!

The big square/rectangle in the centre is like on the old muscle cars.
Gotta be go-fast stuff, right?

And those special wheels/JCWhitney Hubcaps are quite rare anymore.

"150 mph speedometer". Does that mean that if I put a 200 MPH speedo in to mine it will do 200?
