Hap,

So far so good...Total seal rings have held up...2 days of fun here at Gingerman...I ran a personal best of 1:52 for the 15 lap sprint race today in a partial rain!

No smoke from the exhaust...loads o fun and great video from the new in car camera...the Taylor-Race box is AMAZING!

(making everyone else jealous...)

Oh, do I have some video!

I will post a link here soon...
great parts like the Vette spinning in front of me during the practice starts...then me sliding and saving it as the big Healey lays down a path of oil....and me spinning out on the last lap in the rain but saving it and still holding on to 9th place, 2nd in class!

Did you ever run at IRP? I used to work the corners there. It was always interesting to see cars coming out of turn 15 with a light rain. I don't know what the compound that they would put down for the dragstrip, but it's right in the racing line going through 15 and on the stretch. During dry conditions, the T1 Vettes, Camaros, and Mustangs would hang the rear ends out. On the same line, during rain, the Formula Vee's and F500's would be doing the same. The Vee's going sideways down the straight were interesting to watch to say the least.
