Only after buying a used roll bar and then powder coating it did I realize that I couldn't install it with my retractable seatbelts. Does anyone know if any of the roll bars that the major suppliers sell can be installed without removing the stock retractable seatbelt?

Don't know about that. What I do know is that you can get aftermarket retractable belts that will mount to the roll bar or pretty much anywhere you want them and can be oriented to work in almost any position. If your belts are originals, you should probably replace them anyway. Why take a risk with old belts?

Actually mine are new (replacements) but as my interior has just been restored I'm not crazy about moving them and leaving holes.

You could put a bolt back in the hole on the fenderwell and a cap on the bolt. The hole at the floor would probably be covered by the Roll bar.

Larry,
My roll bar is from Vicky Brit, and the new retractable belts fit perfectly in the original holes for the old seat belts, with no interference with the roll bar.

Thanks Bill, That's what I was hoping to hear.
