AUF 300/AZX 1300
The AUF 300/AZX 1300 series pump is a high capacity adaptation of the AUF 200/1200, the pump body having been redesigned to incorporate a flow-smoothing unit and an air bottle.
The flow-smoothing unit consists of a diaphragm and housing situated above the delivery chamber and outlet passage. Fuel pressure pulsations are damped by the air contained in the housing, resulting in a reduction of flow pressure variations and an increase in output for a given rate of operation.
A large compartment formed in the inlet side of the pump acts as an air cushion and smoothes the pressure pulsations of the incoming fuel; it also prevents high negative pressure being created in the pump body.
Special features:
The features are similar to those of the AUF 200/AZX 1200 type, plus:
6) High output
7) Flow-smoothing on inlet and outlet

And for 500 bonus points - what does it fit,
and is it worth anything?

I think it fits a range of cars, from mg, etc. Although the info on the web points to Austin Healey.

While this isn't (I think) exactly it, it does look like a wide range of uses

Not sure if it is worth anything as it isn't a part that typically breaks or wears out.

If you got that with a bunch of NOS parts you are selling...it isn't.
Looks like (from photo angle) check valves have been removed....and a ripped up gasket means it was yanked out of something for a reason.
Me? I'd get the gasket off, find some new 1000 grit and a sheet of glass, and see how straight it is.
If it's badly warped, no point in doing anything else but circular file with it.
Opinion....based upon my experience with SU pumps and fuel oozing and smell....

The "Big Selloff" is starting! After years (& years) of collecting car stuff,
I've decided to start selling off what I'll never use.I'll be posting things in the "For Sale"-
forum,so please check it out.I've even got an NOS set of International bus king pins!
The money will go to a good cause - I'll be using it to get the other three
projects going that have been "under restoration" (meaning I haven't done anything) for years.
Also - a percentage of the sale will go to Basil,to help out.
