Step 1 Note: Your picture MUST reside on a server somewhere (not
on your local hard drive). You can not upload pictures (or any files) to the Forum server. Most people these days
have their own Home Page where they can store pictures, etc. If you don't have a home page, contact your ISP. They
usually provide some server space for this purpose for free (or very small extra charge). To determine the URL
of any picture on the internet, hover your mouse over the picture, then right-click your mouse and look at "Properties." Once you click the "Add Add New Topic" (or "Add New Reply")
to save your message, then go back and view your message, you should see the picture you posted contained in your
post, as seen below:
Step 3 As mentioned, the other way to post an image (and the easier way), is
to use the "Instant UBB Code" button for Image, as shown below:
Step 4 Then a box will pop up, as shown below, where you fill in the COMPLETE
URL of the picture you want to post. NOTE: A valid picture URL must end in an extension for an image file (like
.jpg or .gif). Do not try to point to a web page (like .html), it won't work. Also, some free picture storing services
will NOT allow direct linking to pictures.

How to Place an Image in a Message (return)
When
you are in the text edit window, you can place a picture in your post in two ways. You can either type in the complete
URL to your picture, offsetting it with the UBB Code for Image, as seen in the example below, or you can use the
Image Button (explained in step 3).
