David, Great videos - thanks! I did see my car as you zipped by, and am impressed with your driving. There were a couple of corners that I just could not come close to getting right, but your videos show much better lines. It was a terrific day for a 'spirited' drive. Harry '74 B-GT

Harry '74 B-GT Yeah, you guys were awfully nice to slow down and let me pass. I figured having the camera and running from the rear was my best chance at getting the most cars in the video. after the first break, I actually started from the very rear to capture those who started the first session behind me. Never did catch Hap and The Wild Boys up front.

Looks like you had a blast! But how did they let you on the track without a helmet? Because it is a "paced" track session, as you can see it doesn't take much to find a gap and have fun. I was the pace car in my 67 MGB GT, it was my job to take the car behind me at a pace deemed fun, spirited, Bob and the other tow MGBs stayed with me, so I kept a pretty good pace, I instructed a dn won races at CMP, they did fine, we did check up a bit going down the straights, but attacxked the corners. I pretty good friends with the owner and operators of CMP, so let us come paly one a year. It happen on a PDX day and we take a few session during lunch hour. WE just tell people use good common sense, and don't get your self in trouble, truth being most people behave a little better than we expect them, if this was a bunch of 20-somethings with Hondas it probably would work out this well.

Wasn't trying to be a trouble-maker. I'm just surprised that, with such a litigious world, the track owners didn't require it. Guess I'm just used to everyone looking after me...

This guy was incredible! We watched him do all kind of stuff at CMP last Saturday. He saw the CMP Youtubes and wondered if I had film of the plane. Sadly I did not. All I did was gawk in awe. Enjoy the eye in the sky look at CMP. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3ZPYHGlKk4
