My observation of that photo is that there's a likeness of a friend who sat in FAC birds, left the military and married, had a child, is currently in contact with me and others...

He's had a ponytail down to his belt at times. Wears whatever is comfortable. When Maine weather gets to a point where shoes n' slacks are needed over flip-flops 'n shorts, he clears out and comes to Florida... It could be a woman in the photo but my "first impression" is it ain't.
