It's a kit car anyway, but I don't know much about them... I know there was a Ranger kit car in Ontario a few years ago, is this it?

Gotta be some kind of Amphicar clone. Amphicars had the Triumph 1147 lump and the engine in the photo looks a bit like one. My guess: Amphicar-esque-ish remake, kit car of some kind or an amateur rebuild of an Amphicar. Next . . .???

I'd love to hear more about it, Pat. Where did you find it? I swear there was one on eBay recently -- I'm always looking at RHD cars, and one came up.
