Basil Great Pumpkin Registered: 12/27/00 Posts: 13205 Loc: Edgewood, New Mexico	My new set of brake lines for my EType just arrived! The fun part is going to be trying to remember how the are installed (it has been a few years since I removed the old ones).

Got some of it done, but there are a few areas that I'm not real sure about how things are routed so I will need to do some research. But I am making some progress!

Decided to take a few pictures (attached). I still have to buy and install new brake fluid bottles (expensive) and new flex hoses (probably going to go with steel braided). After that, I'll be ready to fill & bleed the brake system! Attachments Description: Looking at the Brake Slave Cyl from the left side. Description: The brake light pressure switch mounted on the lower inside of the firewall just below the vacuum assist bellows of the brake slave cyl. Description: View of the Master and Slave cylinders from the left side. Description: The lines feeding the front brakes. The line at the top of the 3-way union is the feed from the slave cylinder.

On any full resto that thing would be out on the floor until every sub-system is in place. Way less aggro, IMO.
