I have a 94 v12 that has the vented distributor. Whenever I
have occasion to spray water in the engine bay I get a wet
dizzy. Even if I avoid the valley. I'm thinking of either
plugging up the vent or redirecting it to the vacuum system.
Any thoughts would be encouraged.

The dizzy should have 2 vacuum hoses. 1 connects to the little "fuel filter" under the hood someplace, and the second should connect to the large hose between the air filter box and the extra air valve. This should provide good air flow thru the dizzy. Marelli systems should also have a gasket between the dist. body and the cap. Hope this helps.
