Strange question perhaps but....
On a series 1 e type, does the ignition key also fit the door locks?

anything is possible depending on what the factory had on the shelf at the moment your car was being asembled.

in my '65 S type, they do. The second key is for the trunk and glovebox.

On my 1964, one key fits everything.
