Hi Folks, I placed a "Want Ad" in the BCF Classifieds & over 180 lookers but "NO BODY" seems to have a Bugeye "LUGGAGE RACK" For Sale! It seems kind of strange to me but what I`m looking for does`nt have to be perfect. It could use "Re-Chroming" but not bent, broken etc. You folks know what I mean. I thought I may get a reply here by posting? I hope so!! Thanx, Russ PS: I may be reached via email at: toysrus ptd.net

What were you thinking of paying? I have one that I bought for my wife. After I bought it, a few months later she decided she didn't want it. It was too late to return it and I haven't had the chance to take it to a car show to sell it yet.Is is made in England and well made with the chrome straps that go across the bottom so that you do not damage the boot. It has never been installed, but is just sitting on my shelf. Let me know.

Are you looking for something Bugeye-specific? I have one of the BL Midget/Sprite/Spitfire ones, with the flat metal slats...

Hi Kevin,
I just sent you a PM. I`m very int. in your Luggage Rack.
"Duncan": Yes; It needs to be the one specifically designed for the Bugeye.
"apbos": Looked all over ebay & just can`t seem to find one.
Thanx, Russ
PS: This is the best result I`ve had in several wks. vs the Classifieds!?!?!?!?
Thanx, Russ

Hi Steve,
I`ve been seaching ebay in the US & UK & have not seen the one I want. This Luggage Rack is just for the Bugeye, "Only".
It has chrome straps under it for better support & prevents the Boot from wrapping. The ones that are typ. to an MGB for example, Just bolt directly on 4 legs and imprint & dent the Boot.
Looks like I may have found one thanx to apbos.
Your right about the classifieds here on the BCF. For some strange reason; The responses are far and few in-between.
Thanx, Russ

Hi Folks,
Thanx to this Forum & Kevin; I found the Luggage Rack I`m looking for.
What I don`t understand is; Why don`t more BCFers read the Classifieds?
Its a such a "Great" source to Buy & Sell items that other members may want or need or vica-versa.
Thanx Again Kevin,
Russ
