Well I don't really know where to put this post.
On Wednesday 8/20/08 Leo Long the owner of Long Motors which owned Victoria British and LMC truck parts passed away. His health has been bad for the last few years. He has done alot for our hobby and he will be missed. Vic British and Leo gave lots to community here in Kansas City and helped out with local along with nation events. He will be missed.

I never met the man, but remember in the old days after BL folded and there wasn't much out there for LBC parts, especially in the midwest, when I found out there was a place in Kansas City that sold them mail order I was thrilled.

Have talked to people who knew the man, and most everybody spoke highly of him.
