Like 95 and 99 percent humidity with no breeze at all. Instant wet shirts and sweat running down the glasses.
Out to the garage for 5 min then inside for an hour.
Am finaly fitting my seats, hate doing that. Glue glue glue.

Hot, humid and hazy with a chance of afternoon and evening thundershowers. The typical southern summer forecast. It's been a typical weekend.

Funny you should say that. I have been thinking about maybe comming that way and renting a place for a month next summer.
How far are you from Asheville.

How far are you from Asheville. I can hit it with a rifle Jack. About 1 mile from the city limit, 9 miles from the Downtown. I live in Arden, just south of town. Lived here all but the 5+ years in the Air Force.

Pretty warm here in SoCal, too, but not humid, at least. Took the Bugeye out for a spin, still sweated through when I got home. It's warm in that cockpit!
One thing I love about the Bugeye: its heater is ON by default. You pull out the control to turn it off. Says a lot about the country it came from. Does it not have a valve under the hood on the head that you can cut off the hot water?
