I think they're doing fine too. Fuel pumps suck too.

Apparently you need a good triumph and a decent rally clock.

Heck I'm the only one in the top-5 not running a rumphy, but I've got one heck of a navigator and a really nice rally clock in my modified hupmobile.

I only see 2 people with the potential to maybe pass you AND finish the 20th leg completing the rally. Anyone else in your points range will not be able to finish as there's only 6 days left (counting today). I say if they are DNF, your in the top ten, even if they have a few more points than you. I'm hoping for second place. I think I'm out the running for the win though.

I'd say you have a good shot at second Kenny ! 1st might be really hard to make up at the 71 points (at least) that you would need for the win !! Good luck!!

I don't see anyway anyone could touch him at this point. I honestly thought donbmw was going to win when he had that tremendous start! Just goes to show, it ain't over till the fat lady sings!

All it takes are some road work, flat and bribing gone bad.

I think I'd be a lot closer if it weren't for messing up my 1st leg, and the danged pot-hole crews I haven't bribed a single time. First rally that I haven't (also the first rally where I'm close to the top 3)

Something that I have been watch more since I was at the top in points. Is the number of members that started and have not done more than one leg or looked like they quit because of low scores. I have always finish the rally just because it was fun no matter of the score I was having and some of the rally's have been with legs that I have been on.

I have done too many PORs (Press on regardless) to quit just 'cause it isn't going right!! "It's not whether you win or lose...It's how you play the game!"

I ran out of time. mom came to visit and I lost two days. I had two good samaritan legs and two shortcuts, but only got to cp19.

Yeah, I misunderstood the end-date, and thought we would get to play on the 4th also. Oh, well. It's still a very fun game.

Just for the heck of it I decided to pop back in and check the standings, and lo and behold,...technically speaking, it looks like I came in third after all, if one considers cars that have completed the rally by the end of the event!
