It rarely gets up to 90 degrees around here and we have had two days in a row with the high in the low 90s and they are predicting 95 on saturday. This is nuts. We went from too cool ein the evenings to open the windows, then 2 nights where it was just right with the windows open and then Bam, had to put the window unit in the bedroom last night. This is like august weather here. Looks like we will be back down to the 80s as highs by next week but its hot. Might not do anything but stay in my basement and work on the Midget and drink beer al weekend. It never gets above 75 in my basement ever, cause half of it is underground. Would be nice midget riding weather though, or motorbike weather. Heck, if the head gasket and stuff gets here by tomorrow, I might be out riding around in that heat. I need time to aclimatize.

It's 94 here in Memphis! I drove my Midget to a shop this afternoon around 3:00 and it felt like I was in a convection oven!
Well at least the top was down and it beat the crap out of working.

agree That's what they're made for! If you were looking for shade, AC and a smooth ride... may I suggest a Chevy Impala? laugh

Hehe that is exactly what they are made for!!!
It is already 83* here at 7:30 am, Kim...we will be into the nineties by noon...and the humidity will keep you seeking AC indoors unless you really enjoy sweating!!!!!

Hey Rick, that's why you have the Gt for days like that.
It's in the high 50's here now expected to go to between 90-95 tomorrrow. Crazy but I'll take it over your weather.
We will take the Gt out for a ride tonite and the Sprite for the weekend.

Yeah supposed to be near the 100 mark here tommorow, normally we don't see those kind of temps until late July.
It was 96 in the shop yesterday.

I'm telling ya I am tempted to pull the old GT out this keeps up any longer. It's nicer in Ketchikan today than it is here!!
The Midget went through a BIG puddle of standing water getting off the freeway this morning, lucky I was slowing down already. Scary!!

I will gladly trade with you Rick. We have been bouncing near 100° for two weeks. And the last 3 days we have had 40mph winds.

I gave myself a buzz cut the day before yesterday because it's too darn hot for hair.
