Thanks, guys....she's fighting me every step of the way though.

...Kenny, the badges are standard - must be the light...right now, I'm awaiting the headlight rims & bumpers...Knox Custom Chrome gave me a 3 week turn-around guarantee on the rechroming so they should arrive any day now!

Plumbing is finished - I'm trying to get the entire wiring harness hooked up as well as finishing the entire front suspension....waiting for new felt washers for new sending unit bolts before install gas tank....everyday that I get to work on it, I make some progress!

But this next week is shot!

Down here in Johannesburg

I sort of fancy myself as a fix it sort of guy but this takes the cake. Can't wait to see more pictures so try working 24/7 :o).

Over the weekend I polished the inside of the engine bay and removed the windscreen water container to discover some rust. Rust now in door, wheel arch under back carpet, in the front bumper area. So what I am saying is I want a complete pictorial history plus instructions when I eventually do mine. But of course you have already done that and are negotiating book and movie rights.

Tony, if you haven't already installed the trunk latch...

Would you be so kind as to measure the distance from the top of the hole to the bottom of the MIDGET emblem, please?

BTW - I love the reflection in the paint on the back.
That must be one shiny finish!

Thanks Tony!

My youngest had her 8th birthday party on Sunday.
I did about 6 hours of yard work on Saturday then we decorated a lot. She had her friends over for a "tea party" on the lawn.
It was a hot day, water balloons were involved (after the tea party).

How is that big wood playset coming along?
