My old man had a swb landie of about the same vintage on our front lawn for several years. It was gone when I returned home one summer from the army. Real shame. I did however get a good fix by driving and riding in landies in the army - the venerable late '90's LR110 Perentie. Go aluminium- no rust, less weight and panel beating is a breeze!

Those neat old things can't get out of their own way but they do tug at your shirttail, don't they?
