TR2/3/3A Need a measurement on a steering column please

Could someone please measure the steering column for me on a two piece. IE: i need the length of the upper column. Overall of the shaft and of the black tube that surrounds it .

Thank you for your help.

Length of upper outer black tube of split column: 31 3/4"
Length of shaft (approx as I did not remove wheel for measurement): 35 3/4"
