Wedge Convertible Top Glue TR7

My TR7 Conv Top has a velcro strip to attach to the front bow. The strip was glued to the top, and has come unglued. It may have been two sided tape or glue? ANy ideas of the correct glue to use...or tape? Thanks

3m General Trim Adhesive! its a spray can so mask off everything surrounding the area, spray a coat on both material pieces being joined, let them dry seperately for 2 - 3 minutes to let the glue tack up. then apply both pieces and let her dry so a while ( says an hour but i usually let it sit untouched overnight). The stuff is stronger than it seems!
