Hello and good afternoon...
I have a problem with my Healey... it's a Mk III build in 1965.
During a road trip last Monday (it was after a 120km run) I had no pedal pressure on the clutch. After cooling and pumping several times, there was some pressure again. No loss of brake or clutch fluid detectable. It's Silicone brake fluid DOT5. What can be going on there?
Who can help?

I think you should plan to rebuild or replace your slave and master cylinders. You didn't say how long ago the hydraulics were overhauled, but it certainly sounds like a bad seal in one of the cylinders. You should always attend to both at the same time.

IF your car has a power booster on your car, it may be that the seal is beginning to fail and fluid is leaking inside the canister , it will have to be rebuilt the previous suggestions are valuble too__Just a thought.

Doesn't the booster only work on the brakes, and not the clutch?

Have someone pump the clutch pedal, slowly, while you watch the fluid level in the reservoir. If the fluid level rises, then you have a failed foot valve in the clutch MC.
