After refreshing my memory on wheel bearing adjustment by searching and reading some of the existing posts, I find I am left with a question I haven't found the answer for. Following the updated service manual bulletin, stating to hand tighten and then back off a half flat, I find that with the wheel remounted I would still have a bit of movement when grasping the wheel top and bottom and attempting to rock. If I go a half flat tighter then the rocking is eliminated. Am I correct that when adjusting cold that there should not be any rocking movement?
