Along with my grandson and another citizen we cooked 80 pounds of corned beef with all the "fixings" for St. Patrick's day party at my boat club. Been doing this for 30 some years and my legs are showing the wear. That club is an eating machine. Fairly light turnout this year of about 100 but still consumed it all within an hour.

I love corn beef and cabbage! Wife doesn't like corned beef, so she makes it with ham, it works, but I like corned beef instead.
