Some years ago I worked in Montreal. On my way home (the hotel) I would stop in the Atwater Farmers market. They had 2 stores almost entirely dedicated to cheese.
Lost for choice in there. Really miss that place for the cheese but not the winter.

Back when we were first married, my wife and I belonged to a mail-order cheese overs club. It eventually went the way of the Dodo after it's founder ran afoul of the law (don't recall what he did, but remember he was on the lamb)
