My mother in law still has one of those. It used to run great. She is 88 so has not driven it in the last 15 years.

I see those all the time. I prefer old IH tractors though

Grew up driving my Gramps. My Dad like Farmalls. As long as I didn't have to hook up the horses, I took either one.

I actually bought the Ferguson equivalent (with the Standard-Triumph motor of course) a couple of years back.

But you can bet I tie it down a lot better than that! Only one nylon strap to the rear is playing with fire.

I can't find the link now, but I saw a photo just the other day of an antique tractor that broke loose and rammed into the tow vehicle. Made a mess of both of them! The rear wheels were touching the back of the pickup truck, so I'm guessing the nose hit the back of the cab.

I don't have any "beauty" photos of my little Gray Fergie, as it's not done yet. But here's a shot of the business end

Lots of differences, but the engine does bear a family resemblance

I guess that would be considered a real "Tractor Motor".

That is really cool, my dad also drove a Ford tractor not so long ago. He still has it in his garage, but it is too old and he has to repair it, but details for such an old tractor are pretty hard to find, and even if you find them you have to pay a lot of money for them. Well, he recently bought some new tractors from equipmentradar.com but he anyway misses his old toy. He even taught me how to drive it.

It's a real rarity. It's nice to know that these machines, although they are pretty old, still work perfectly. I often visit my grandmother in the countryside, and some people do a great job with these tractors.

Kids rebuild them in our smaller high school shop classes.

I often visit my grandmother in the countryside, and some people do a great job with these tractors. Unfortunately, the equipment is not as high quality as before, so before you buy any equipment, you have to spend a long time choosing the equipment. Due to the fact that my grandmother is an extensive area of the site, I just can not remove all the garbage and snow by myself. Therefore, without a reliable Plant & Machinery can not cope.
