Apparently not. I refereed a game at 8am this morning.
It was 35 degrees and rain. I’m still thawing out.

GAH!! You're a masochist, Elliot!

I don't leave the house if the temp gets below 50°F!

Didn't say I like it doc. I accepted the game about 5-6 weeks ago and it got cancelled. The rescheduled date is much later in the season than I care for.
It was brutal on the players (16 year old girls) as well. Baby it is cold outside!

Our daughter played volleyball elementary school - college. We may have spent quite a few nice days inside a gym, but thanked our lucky stars she didn' t have to play outside in any kind of weather but lightgning. My hat is off to the young ladies who will use their faces to stop or pass a ball.

Most (not all) of the players parents were sitting in their cars with the heat on.... I bet the players enjoyed not being coached by their parents!
