I was just in that very spot (walking by Nordie's) only yesterday! This is the valet pick-up area on 6th avenue. Doubt they let any valet drive the "B." :p [EDIT: Spridget, per below]

getting ready to load up a three-piece sectional sofa.

You laugh at Valets. Try it in a 1950 Ford with column shift, manual choke, pushbutton start.
Did. Deer in headlights.

Next try a RHD anything at a valet parking spot. They all come running out to snag it....see the wheel and do a 180 and EVERY one heads back to the lounge.

Did that, too.
