    New member intro

Hi, My screen name is Bumpajames, I am very please that you have allowed me to join the Britishcarforum. I recent bought a 1973 Triumph Spitfire MKIV which is an a very drivable but unfinished project. It has been a life long dream since high school to own a Triumph to play around with. Finally, at age 70 it is a reality, the next best thing is that I am still very capable of getting into and out of it. I drive it every day as an exercise for both me and the car.

Very glad to have you aboard Bumpajames! I have a 78 Spitfire myself which Is in the mid stages of a long restoration. You will find lots of good help in our Triumph section so be sure to jump in over there and say hello (maybe post some pictures).

    Hello Bumpajames

    Welcome to the forum

You will find that the Triumph section is very active and you will get plenty of help, tips and advice there for your Spitfire.

They tell me that 70 is the new 40.

Post some photos of your Spitfire .
