    Front wheel hub "felt" again?

If you reuse the old felt does it get soaked in oil or left as is?

I pulled both front hubs on my TR6 yesterday. I had brand new felt seals but the ones on the car looked good so I kept them on the car. I did squirt some oil on the felts prior to reinstalling the hubs.
