Just bought the above car. Looking forward to driving it this summer and learning all about Positive earth.

Hi John, welcome to the asylum!

Just so you'll know, converting these cars to negative ground is fairly trivial. I've been running negative since about 1976 and other than non-originality, have yet to find any disadvantage. The big advantage of course is that it makes it much easier to use more modern accessories, like an alternator with decent current output.

Welcome to the BCF John! You've come to the right place.

Great choice of vintage British cars. I once owned a TR3 and they're on my short list for future acquisitions.

Luckily you can start enjoying yours right away while much of the continent puts their toys away for the winter.

Welcome! You came to the right place. I’ve got TS 44743L “O”... the Overdrive coming only recently. No question is too dumb, although I’ve answered my own more than once!
