VRG's Turkey Bowl XXI takes place Friday, November 24-Sunday, November 26th and it is now open for registration at:

https://www.motorsportreg.com/events/vr ... oup-730987

Complete information, including a preliminary Schedule and FAQ's is posted on the VRG site at: https://www.vrgonline.org/events/

Earlybird registration at $300.00 for VRG members and $350.00 for non-members is available till November 10th after which prices go up to $340.00/$390.00 through November 22nd. Registration at the event is $375.00/$425.00. If you're even thinking about participating you should definitely register now as with our liberal cancellation policy there is no risk: If for any reason you cannot make it just send me an email prior to 9:00 AM on Friday telling me you will not attend and 100% of your prepayment will be refunded--no excuses needed, no questions asked! You can pay via credit card online or send a check--or you can pay when you register at the track, but remember that we are not able to process credit cards at the track--cash or personal checks only. Banquet tickets do require prepayment and cannot be cancelled after Friday, November 10 so we can give the restaurant a final count.

Turkey Bowl is a low-pressure event, family-friendly and we are there to enjoy one last race before finishing for the season. We don't do any timing and scoring--we just race on one of the nation's premier tracks. We have three vintage groups: Small, Medium and Big-bore and each group gets 2-1/2 hours of seat time over the weekend--even more if one participates in the optional Relay Race for which there is no extra charge. As in the past we invite drivers of Modern cars (meaning cars too new to be considered Vintage!) to participate in a separate run group.

All drivers must be appropriately licensed and cars must meet safety equipment requirements and pass tech inspection in order to participate. Feel free to contact me at: michael.oritt@gmail.com with any questions regarding car or driver eligibility.

As in the past we offer a complimentary Continental Breakfast each morning and this year's Saturday night banquet will take place at Piccadilly's Brew Pub in downtown Winchester, VA--$45.00 for adults/$25.00 for kids.

I hope you'll join us for a great weekend and look forward to seeing you.
