Post BJ8 engine & transmission parts

I have most of a BJ8 engine from 1967 except the block, harmonic balancer, and 1 piston. I also have the bellhousing/transmission/overdrive complete except clutch slave, shifter lever, and overdrive solenoid. Parts have been carefully stored in garage boxes since 1987. Would prefer to sell in 2 lots (engine parts, transmission assy). Transmission assy was tested in 1987, and it worked perfectly. Full list available upon request.

I have a perfect block, bored to 84mm along with six pistons and connecting rods. Does it make sense to combine your engine parts with mine to make an engine? What engine parts do you have? Want to purchase my block, etc? Jim Hockert, Dallas. rjh@hockertlaw.us

Jim: I will send you a private message since I purchased the parts from Jim D and am restoring a 67 BJ8. Proctor

Re: BJ8 engine & transmission parts

Hi, wondering if you sold the transmission? If not what is your asking price, I am rebuilding mine and some parts are hard to find, maybe better off buying a good used one and parting mine out???

    Thanks,
    Buff
