Had coffee with my friend Larry today. He is the fellow I got the multipla from. He and his twin brother Ciff have restored about 23 cars over the years - all of which they still have - mostly microcars - relevantly to us - Bond Bug, Bond Mark 4, Ford prefect etc. (I posted the link to his Bond Bug vs McClaren the other week)
He is a good friend and unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable with restorations.
When not restoring cars (which is to say in the winter) he builds and adapts die cast vehicles. Last time I was out he was doing a Renault Dauphine and today a Jaguar 120 convertible which he is converting into a coupe - with a roof from another car.
I googled some of his other projects which I thought you might enjoy:

and his brothers projects - just as imaginative.

they truly are amazing!
