    TR3A. #10: replacing the transmission brace plate & mount

    Because I upgraded to a TR6 type A OD transmission,

    the new transmission mount was to far back to line up, therefore after modifying the base plate with slots, And flipping it over so the back...

    TR3A #9 Removing the silentbloc rubber pieces. From the steering linkage bush

    I was able to push the silentblocs out of the steering linkage bush Housing with a gear puller, but the bushings left a lot of rubber behind, (that is real stubborn!).

    I don't want to damage...

    Removed the timing cover to replace the oil seal and gasket. (However, still waiting on parts).

    took the opportunity to refinish the timing cover (a lot of surface rust) by wire brushing it and...
