Those GS bikes are known to be quite reliable. I've almost bought a 750 on a couple of occasions.

But remember, Doug, FOCUS. You've already got enough projects to finish up. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif

I'm at the point where any new vehicle into the fleet has to meet a specific need (for instance, I'd love to add either a dirt bike or a jeep) or be something I'm really on the lookout for. If it doesn't pass that test, it doesn't get bought.

So I'd ask you -- are you looking for a bike? Do you want another classic? Do you want a bike just for riding around?

$1500 for the GS isn't bad, but not a steal either. That's a nice bike just to have something to ride, but otherwise fairly unremarkable.

My vote is to put your cash to a better use. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif

Drew,

I won't buy it - tempting,but just another distraction.
On the other hand.... I have a stack of cash from the Cortina

Stacks of cash on hand are always dangerous (congrats on the cortina sale, by the way). Of course, with a MGB GT and TR6 on hand, you've always got a ready hole down which to throw that cash.

Throw some of that at your Triumph....
