They are "starters" for the bikes. Use the rollers, powered by another source to start the bike. To use when there is no kick start (removed or too stiff) and no electric start. Easier than pushing the bike down pitlane and bump starting it.

Tiddler racing bikes -- too dern cool. Love me a good small bike, though my S90 would be seriously outclassed in that gorup. :smile:

Nice shots, and I like the little Stanguellini/Formula Junior looking thing in the background, even though the roll bar and modern looking wheels make me suspect its not real, it still looks like a lot of fun.
