When I bought it last year it had a 1275 engine and ribcase transmission; I've removed them. Now the tub needs to go before another Winter. The seller was cleaning out his deceased father's foreign car garage. He said it was one of his dad's projects that he was going to put on the road at some point but never got around to. It has disc front brakes, the shock absorbers feel firm, and he said the front end had been rebuilt. The tub needs floorboards, rocker panels and rear quarter panels, but the doors open and close nicely. It comes with the seats, aluminum trim around the cockpit, soft top supports that come apart side to side to stow in the trunk, and sliding side curtains, all of which need to be refurbished, and a red Bugeye interior (used) that should fit it, so this is either a parts car or a restoration project. It has no title and its VIN tag is gone, but it has intact number tags in both the driver's and passenger's side door jambs, and it has the number 12122 stamped into the body in the engine compartment, above the passenger footwell. I also have early front fenders and a hood that could go with it. I have more pictures; PM me. Asking $650 but I'm open to offers. I'm in southern Maine.
